Balanced as a medium-dry Sec cider, it marries vibrant acidity with a clean, lingering finish, showcasing the terroir of Estonian orchards with a professional, sparkling structure. Appearance. Brilliant, pale gold to deep yellow color. Features a persistent, fine-beaded mousse with a delicate white head that dissipates into a thin ring; exceptional clarity due to the traditional method process.
