This Wild Specialty Beer presents an explosive sensory experience, defined by its thick, smoothie-like character and vibrant tropical profile. Aromas of sun-ripened summertime peaches and freshly chopped mangoes dominate the nose, underscored by a bright, lactic tartness derived from its wild fermentation. On the palate, the beer is intensely fruit-forward, perfectly balancing the succulent, nectar-like sweetness of mango with the tangy stone fruit depth of peach. A deliberate, viscous body coats the tongue, providing a dessert-like indulgence while maintained by a crisp acidity that prevents the finish from being cloying.
