Taste. Initial impression is a burst of sweet, unfermented fruit nectar. Distinct flavors of summertime peaches and mangoes are front and center. The malt is obscured by the fruit, and hop bitterness is negligible (IBU < 10). The finish is sweet-tart and lingering, with a clean acidity that balances the heavy fruit load.
Mouthfeel. Full and viscous with a smoothie-like density. Carbonation is moderate to help lift the heavy body. Alcohol warmth is light and well-integrated. No astringency, though a thick, creamy coating remains on the palate.
