Schmoojee Moon is a decadent Wild Specialty Beer that presents a masterful fusion of dark berries and rich confectionery notes. The sensory experience is dominated by an intense, jammy blend of Blackberry and Blueberry, which provides a deep, brambly sweetness. This is contrasted by the sharp, acidic snap of Black Cherry, adding a bright dimension to the fruit profile. A luxurious layer of Dark Chocolate weaves throughout, grounding the tartness with earthy cocoa depth. While the wild fermentation lends a clean, lactic tang, the opulent fruit puree and chocolate define the character, resulting in a complex, dessert-like profile with a refreshing finish.
Appearance. Opaque, deep midnight violet with a thick, smoothie-like consistency. Pours with a dense, mauve-tinted head that shows moderate retention and significant lacing of fruit solids on the glass.
