Appearance. Straw to light gold (4 SRM). Opaque, hazy appearance with a brilliant, luminous quality. Thick, meringue-like white head with high retention and dense lacing.
Aroma. High intensity of tropical and stone fruit. Pronounced notes of ripe peach, pineapple, and passionfruit are complemented by a sharp grapefruit citrus character. Low, clean, bready malt profile in the background with neutral fermentation esters.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with dominant pineapple, peach, and passionfruit. The malt flavor is low and grainy-sweet, providing a soft platform for the hops. Perceived bitterness is low to moderate, ensuring a juicy impression. The finish is off-dry and smooth, lacking any hop harshness or astringency.
