This celebratory Hazy IPA showcases a saturated sensory profile driven by hand-selected Superdelic and Nectaron hops. A luminous, opaque pour leads into an intense bouquet of pink grapefruit and zesty citrus. The palate is defined by a lush, fruit-forward core where Nectaron imparts succulent peach and nectarine notes, while Superdelic contributes layers of tropical passionfruit and sweet pineapple. A creamy, soft mouthfeel supports the heavy hop saturation without any harshness, backed by a neutral, lightly bready malt base. It finishes with a gentle, restrained bitterness and a lingering tropical fruit essence, epitomizing the juicy, approachable character of the style.
Appearance. Straw to light gold (4 SRM). Opaque, hazy appearance with a brilliant, luminous quality. Thick, meringue-like white head with high retention and dense lacing.
Aroma. High intensity of tropical and stone fruit. Pronounced notes of ripe peach, pineapple, and passionfruit are complemented by a sharp grapefruit citrus character. Low, clean, bready malt profile in the background with neutral fermentation esters.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with dominant pineapple, peach, and passionfruit. The malt flavor is low and grainy-sweet, providing a soft platform for the hops. Perceived bitterness is low to moderate, ensuring a juicy impression. The finish is off-dry and smooth, lacking any hop harshness or astringency.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and smooth texture. Moderate carbonation. Very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth with no sharp edges or resinous burn.
