This American Stout offers a deep sensory experience, building on a foundation of roasted coffee beans inherited from its Morning Joe base. The aroma is dominated by dark chocolate and intense espresso, accented by a festive layer of winter spices that add warmth and complexity. Pours jet black with a persistent tan head. On the palate, the assertive bitterness of American hops provides a resinous counterpoint to the rich, malty sweetness. Notes of cinnamon and nutmeg weave through the charred grain character, leading to a dry, slightly spicy finish. The medium-full body and smooth alcohol warmth make it a quintessential seasonal sipper.

Appearance. Jet black and opaque (SRM 40). Features a large, persistent head of light tan to medium-brown foam with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity roast with prominent notes of roasted coffee and dark chocolate. Moderate winter spices (cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg) blend with a medium-low resinous hop character. Clean fermentation with minimal fruity esters.
