Cloud #25 delivers a lush, modern sensory experience, leaning into the soft, fruit-forward aesthetics of a Hazy IPA. The profile is defined by the heavy-handed use of Belma hops, which impart distinct notes of sun-ripened strawberry and sweet honeydew melon over a base of bright citrus. As a Milkshake IPA, the addition of lactose rounds out the palate, providing a smooth, velvety cushion for the tropical hop layers. The aroma is punchy and dessert-like, blending berry sweetness with a hint of bready malt. Despite its creamy demeanor, a measured bitterness keeps the finish approachable, highlighting the interplay between luscious fruit esters and a gentle, warming 7% alcohol presence.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold in color (approximately 4-5 SRM). Thick, hazy, and nearly opaque with a soft matte-like shine. Features a rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and beautiful lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by Belma hop qualities including strawberry, melon, and light citrus orange. Background malt character is lightly bready and neutral. Fermentation esters are fruity and blend seamlessly with the hop profile, accompanied by a faint, creamy sweetness from lactose.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of fruit-forward sweetness. High hop flavor of strawberry and melon continues throughout. Low to medium malt flavor, primarily grainy and bready. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as low due to the soft, medium finish and lactose presence. Hop character in the aftertaste is smooth and fruity without any harshness or vegetal notes.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a noticeably smooth and creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate. Displays a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth from the 7% ABV. Absence of astringency or hop burn despite the heavy dry-hopping.
