Medium Rare is a refined West Coast-style American IPA that showcases a masterful blend of classic American hops and herbal accents. The sensory profile is dominated by the resinous and pine-forward qualities of Simcoe and Chinook, supported by the pungent, earthy notes of Columbus and the bright citrus flickers of Centennial. A unique addition of rosemary enhances the forest-like aroma, weaving a sophisticated spice through the clean, grainy backdrop provided by Pilsner and Carapils malts.
