This Gose is a complex, botanical-forward interpretation of the style, offering a vibrant sensory tapestry. It opens with an aromatic perfume of citrusy combava peel and floral bergamot, which dances over a soft, doughy wheat malt and barley malt foundation. A unique savory dimension emerges from the Allium ursinum, providing a whisper of wild garlic that is masterfully countered by the bright, floral heat of Kampot peppercorn. The palate is defined by a refreshing lactic tartness and a functional prickle of salt that rounds out the mouthfeel. It finishes exceptionally dry, leaving a lingering trail of lime zest, mineral saline, and delicate spice.

Appearance. Yellow color (SRM 4) with a moderate to full haze. Topped by a tall, white head with tight bubbles and good retention; highly effervescent.
