A complex grain bill featuring Red Rye Crystal, Chocolate malt, and Roasted Barley delivers deep layers of espresso, dark cacao, and toasted pumpernickel. The WLP002 yeast provides a subtle foundation of dark stone fruit esters, while a firm undercurrent of Centennial hops adds a floral, citrus-pith bitterness that counters the spirit-driven sweetness.
