Aroma. Moderate to moderately-high malt intensity characterized by rich notes of toasted bread crusts and roasted hazelnuts. Very low coffee-like roast is present. Hop aroma is low with a faint spicy and floral quality. Fermentation profile is clean with no discernible esters or diacetyl.

Taste. Initial impression is malty and smooth, featuring flavors of toasted grain and nutty sweetness. The bitterness is low to moderate, providing just enough structure to balance the malt without being sharp. Secondary notes of light-roast coffee emerge toward the mid-palate.
