The sensory journey begins with a clean, moderate aroma of floral and herbal hops, layered over a subtle backdrop of grainy, cracker-like malt. On the palate, a brief initial sweetness from the Pilsner malt is rapidly superseded by a firm, crisp bitterness. Appearance. Brilliant gold (3-4 SRM) with a dense, creamy, long-lasting white head and excellent lacing.
