This Hazy IPA showcases the saturation of a single-hop profile, utilizing Citra to its fullest potential. It pours with a characteristic hazy, golden glow and a persistent white head. The sensory experience is dominated by an explosion of tropical and citrus fruit, where the Citra hops deliver punchy notes of pink grapefruit, sweet mango, and a hint of lime zest. A soft, pillowy malt backbone provides a neutral, grainy base that allows the hop oils to shine without interference from caramel or toast. The finish is remarkably smooth and off-dry, delivering a juicy, fruit-forward experience that defines the modern New England-style character.

Appearance. Color is pale straw to a light, glowing orange with a heavy, opaque haze. It features a medium-sized, rocky, white head with excellent retention and meringue-like lacing.

Aroma. Intensity is high, dominated by Citra hop character featuring prominent notes of grapefruit, passion fruit, and lychee. A light, neutral, grainy-bready malt sweetness sits in the background. The fermentation profile is clean with subtle fruity esters that complement the hop-derived fruitiness.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirrors the aroma with layers of mango, citrus pith, and tropical fruit. The malt flavor is low, presenting a clean, doughy character. Perceived bitterness is moderate, though smoothed over by a soft mouthfeel and fuller body. The finish is clean and off-dry with a lingering fruity aftertaste devoid of any harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky texture. Carbonation is moderate. There is no astringency or harshness, and the 6.5% alcohol content provides only a very light, well-integrated warmth.
