Photonic Molecules is a vibrant American Pale Ale that highlights a modern trio of Idaho 7, Mosaic, and Ekuanot hops. This sessionable brew opens with an intense sensory bouquet of ripe mango, papaya, and crushed pineapple, grounded by a delicate resinous pine undertone. The Idaho 7 provides a distinct stone fruit depth, while Mosaic adds layers of blueberries and bright citrus. Ekuanot contributes subtle notes of melon and lime zest.
