The brewer’s use of dry hopping elevates the aromatic profile, delivering clear notes of zesty orange and ruby grapefruit that dance over a clean, neutral malt base. Appearance. Deep gold color (5 SRM) with brilliant clarity. It features a moderate white head with fair retention and light lacing on the glass.
Aroma. Moderate intensity characterized by a bright citrus bouquet of orange peel and fresh grapefruit, significantly enhanced by dry hopping. Supporting the hops is a light, grainy malt sweetness with a hint of toasted bread and a clean fermentation profile.
