Carlos descubrió su pasión por la buena cerveza en 2006 en el Lorien de Palma de Mallorca, rodeado de amigos.
Durante su estadía en Londres, exploró profundamente el mundo de los cask y las Ales inglesas, ampliando su paladar y conocimiento cervecero. Posteriormente, en Barcelona, se sumergió en la revolución de la cerveza artesanal, en icónicos establecimientos como NaparBcn, Biercab y Garage Beer.
Tras completar cursos especializados en elaboración de cerveza y con más de una década como homebrewer, Carlos lidera GatBrewing con la visión de elevar la cerveza artesanal a un nivel superior.
Albert
Introducido al mundo de la cerveza artesanal por Carlos, su aprecio por las Hazy y West Coast IPAs creció rápidamente.
Trabajó como freelance durante el boom de internet, adquiriendo habilidades en diseño y programación que ahora utiliza para dirigir las estrategias de marketing y diseño en GatBrewing. Durante su vida, combina su carrera de ingeniero informático con su amor por la música.
Además, su interés en la inteligencia artificial lo lleva a explorar nuevas formas de aplicar esta tecnología en el ámbito del marketing y la comunicación de la cervecería.
Juntos, combinan todas sus pasiones con un objetivo claro: llevar a GatBrewing más allá de las estrellas.
