GatBrewing’s Hopstronaut Nectaron captures the vibrant essence of a Hazy IPA, prioritizing a lush, juicy profile. The sensory experience is led by an explosion of tropical fruit, specifically highlighting the signature stone fruit and peach notes of Nectaron and the zesty passionfruit character of Riwaka hops. These New Zealand varieties are showcased against a soft, grainy malt backdrop that provides a pillowy structure without adding toast or caramel. The result is a smooth, fruit-forward ale where the bitterness is restrained and supportive, allowing the complex, resinous, and citrus-heavy hop oils to linger on a clean, off-dry finish.
