Appearance. Hazy, vibrant golden to light orange (6–8 SRM); thick, creamy white head with excellent persistence and heavy lacing.
Aroma. High intensity; dominant tropical fruit notes of passionfruit and lime, backed by a wild yeast character of tart pineapple. Significant hop presence from Nelson Sauvin and Galaxy contributes crushed gooseberry and passionfruit, while Equinox adds a subtle herbal and citrus complexity.
Taste. Initial burst of sweet guava and mango, quickly balanced by a sharp, wild-yeast acidity. Malt presence is low, providing a soft, bready backbone. Hop flavors are prominent, emphasizing citrus and tropical fruit with a moderate bitterness that prevents the fruit from becoming cloying. The finish is dry, tart, and lingering with lime zest.
