Alpha Waves is a luminous California-style American IPA that radiates a bright, golden hue. This expression from Garage Project centers on a vibrant hop trio of Mosaic, Krush, and Simcoe, delivering a high-intensity sensory experience. The nose is a tropical deluge of mango and berry from the Mosaic, sharpened by Simcoe’s signature pine and citrus notes. On the palate, the hop-derived alpha acids provide a firm, clean bitterness that slices through a supportive base of clean, sweet malt. This balance creates a refreshing, dry-edged finish where stone fruit and grapefruit zest from the Krush and Mosaic hops linger long after the sip.

Appearance. Medium gold (6-7 SRM) with brilliant clarity and a bright, polished look. It features a medium-sized, white, persistent head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High-intensity hop aroma featuring prominent tropical fruits like mango and papaya, coupled with fresh citrus zest and a distinct resinous pine needle character. Malt is very low, clean, and grainy, providing a neutral backdrop for the hops with a clean fermentation profile.
