This monumental Imperial Stout offers a luxurious sensory experience, defined by thirty months of maturation in Jamaican Rum barrels. The extended aging integrates deep notes of molasses and spice into a decadent base of dark chocolate and roasted malt. Appearance. SRM 40+; jet black and completely opaque. Features a deep tan to brown head with low retention and oily lacing, showing visible legs on the glass due to high viscosity and alcohol.

Aroma. High intensity with a complex blend of Jamaican rum, molasses, and vanilla. Pronounced aromas of ripe banana and toasted coconut dominate, supported by a base of dark chocolate, espresso, and black licorice. Very low hop character.
