Appearance. Hazy, glowing reddish-pink to deep coral. Pours with a moderate pink-tinted head that fades relatively quickly to a thin ring; head retention is generally low with minimal lacing.
Aroma. High intensity aromatics of sun-ripened strawberries and tart, earthy rhubarb. Beneath the fruit lies a clean lactic acidity and a faint, rustic funk typical of a wild fermentation. Very low to no malt presence; no detectable hop aroma.
