This berry-forward character is expertly balanced by Mosaic, which contributes layers of lush tropical fruit and subtle resin. Appearance. Hazy to opaque pale gold to light orange (6-8 SRM). Topped by a dense, persistent white head with excellent lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of red berries, specifically cherry and strawberry, mixed with candied fruit sweetness from HBC 630. Complementary tropical notes of mango and passion fruit from Mosaic. Low, neutral grainy malt in the background; fermentation is clean with very light fruity esters.
Taste. Initial impression is a burst of juicy fruit. Strong hop flavors mirror the aroma: cherry, berry, and tropical citrus. Medium-low bitterness provides balance without being harsh, in line with the juicy profile. Malt character is soft and bready, supporting the hop intensity. Finish is medium-dry and smooth with a lingering fruit-skin aftertaste.
