The malt profile is complex, featuring bittersweet chocolate, heavy toast, and a hint of char. Bitterness is moderate but significantly balanced by the high residual sweetness. The finish is long and sweet with a lingering nutty and cocoa aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Full to very full-bodied with a thick, chewy, and velvety texture. Carbonation is low, enhancing the syrupy mouthfeel. A smooth, noticeable alcohol warmth is present and well-integrated without being harsh.
