This Oatmeal Stout presents a rich, dessert-like sensory experience, defined by its signature velvety texture. The aroma is led by medium-high notes of freshly roasted coffee and dark chocolate, underpinned by a faint nutty graininess from the oats. On the palate, a lush creaminess carries flavors of bittersweet cocoa and roasted malt, balanced by a gentle sweetness. Appearance. Deep brown to near-black (35–40 SRM) and opaque. Crowning the glass is a thick, persistent, tan-colored head with excellent lacing.
