The sensory journey is dominated by the distinctive Nelson Sauvin variety, delivering punchy notes of white wine grapes, gooseberry, and a sophisticated whisper of petroleum. These are layered over the tropical depth of Mosaic, which contributes vibrant waves of ripe mango, citrus zest, and stone fruit.
