Funky Fluid Green is a striking Wild Specialty Beer that captures a tropical essence within a sessionable 3.8% ABV frame. The sensory experience is dominated by an exotic fruit melange of mango and kiwi, supported by the delicate, orchard-like sweetness of pears. Spirulina provides a visually captivating, deep green hue that defines its presence in the glass. The palate is characterized by a bright, lactic acidity and a remarkably dry finish, where the fermented fruit character shines without residual sugar. This light-bodied sour is effervescent and refreshing, balancing wild fermentation nuances with a bold, fruit-forward profile that remains crisp and lean.

Appearance. Deep, unconventional green color ranging from sea-foam to forest hues; hazy to opaque with a thin, light green-tinted head that dissipates quickly.

Aroma. High intensity of tropical mango and tangy kiwi, followed by subtle floral pear notes. A clean, sharp lactic sourness dominates the background, with minimal crackery malt and no perceptible hop aroma.

Taste. Initial impression is sharply tart and refreshing. Dominant flavors of under-ripe mango and acidic kiwi are prevalent, while the pear provides a soft rounding effect before a bone-dry finish. Bitterness is nearly non-existent, and the fermentation character is clean and sour with very low earthy wild notes.

Mouthfeel. Light body with a prickly, high carbonation that enhances the perceived acidity. Very crisp and refreshing with no alcohol warmth and a clean, astringent finish from the fruit and sourness.

A savanyú sör olyan sör, amelynek szándékosan savanyú, savas vagy fanyar íze van. A hagyományos savanyú sörök közé tartoznak a belga lambic, a gueuze, a flamand vörös sörök, valamint a német gose. A savanyú sörök úgy készülnek, hogy vadélesztő törzseket vagy baktériumokat engednek a főzetbe, majd felforralják a sörlevet, hogy elpusztuljanak ezek a baktériumok és később ne befolyásolhassák az erjedést.
