This Wild Specialty Beer presents a decadent, dessert-like experience inspired by Italian gelato. Intensely aromatic ripe strawberries lead the profile, closely followed by the indulgent, creamy scent of white chocolate and vanilla. On the palate, a vibrant lactic sourness cuts through the initial berry sweetness, creating a refreshing yet lush sweet and sour dynamic. The presence of white chocolate provides a velvety, cocoa butter-like richness that rounds out the sharp edges of the fruit. The finish is long and fruit-forward, leaving a lingering impression of strawberry preserves and a soft, milky sweetness that invites another sip.

Appearance. A striking, opaque rose-pink hue with a dense, creamy, light-pink head that shows moderate to low retention, common in beers with high fruit oil content.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics of freshly crushed strawberries and strawberry jam dominate. Secondary notes of rich vanilla and sweet cocoa butter from the white chocolate addition are prominent. A clean, tangy lactic acidity provides a sharp counterpoint to the sugary, dessert-like bouquet.
