This Wild Specialty Beer presents a decadent, dessert-like experience inspired by Italian gelato. Intensely aromatic ripe strawberries lead the profile, closely followed by the indulgent, creamy scent of white chocolate and vanilla. On the palate, a vibrant lactic sourness cuts through the initial berry sweetness, creating a refreshing yet lush sweet and sour dynamic. The presence of white chocolate provides a velvety, cocoa butter-like richness that rounds out the sharp edges of the fruit. The finish is long and fruit-forward, leaving a lingering impression of strawberry preserves and a soft, milky sweetness that invites another sip.

Appearance. A striking, opaque rose-pink hue with a dense, creamy, light-pink head that shows moderate to low retention, common in beers with high fruit oil content.
