Appearance. Pale straw to bright gold (SRM 2–3). Brilliant, sparkling clarity with a dense, creamy white head that exhibits excellent retention and fine lacing.

Aroma. Moderate-high intensity featuring prominent flowery, spicy, and herbal hop notes from the Mittelfrüh, Select, and Tradition varieties. Supports a low to medium grainy-sweet malt backbone with hints of toasted cracker and light honey. Clean fermentation profile with no yeast esters or phenols.

Taste. Initial grainy-sweet malt flavors of cracker and dough are quickly overcome by a firm, medium-high hop bitterness. Flavors of spicy herbs and dried flowers mirror the aroma.
