Since our start with the brewing adventure in 2017 our motto is to never stop dreaming and learning: we’re always tweaking our beers to create the best beer we possibly can. Our ambition is to start our own brewery. We are working towards that goal every single day.
Folkinge refers to the location where we started brewing: in the ‘backyard’ of a beer shop in the Folkingestraat in Groningen. Brew refers to the American craft beer culture, where we mostly get our inspiration.
