This Hazy Quadruple IPA presents an intense sensory profile driven by a massive dry hop of Citra Cryo, Mosaic Cryo, and El Dorado. An opaque, golden pour releases powerful aromas of ripe mango, passion fruit, and bright citrus. The inclusion of Pilsner malt, wheat, and a heavy dose of malted and flaked oats creates a luxurious, pillowy texture. Fermented with London Ale III, it offers a subtle stone fruit ester that complements the tropical hop character. Despite its 12% ABV, the alcohol is smoothly integrated, leading to a complex finish where hop oils linger against a soft, creamy backdrop.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (7-9 SRM); opaque and hazy with a dense, creamy, long-lasting white head that leaves significant lacing.

Aroma. Intense and multifaceted hop aroma; dominant notes of tropical fruit (pineapple, mango), stone fruit (peach), and citrus (tangerine). Very low neutral grainy malt sweetness. A clean, smooth alcohol presence is noticeable but not solventy.

Taste. Bold tropical fruit flavors lead, featuring lychee and melon from the El Dorado and berry-like notes from Mosaic. The bitterness is firm but rounded by the high protein content of wheat and oats. A supportive, soft Pilsner malt base provides a gentle sweetness, finishing with a lingering, juice-like hop intensity and a warming, clean alcohol character.

Mouthfeel. Full-bodied and viscous with a soft, pillowy creaminess from the oats. Moderate carbonation. Significant but smooth alcohol warmth. No harsh astringency.
