Despite its 8.5% ABV, the alcohol is expertly integrated, appearing as a gentle, spicy warmth rather than a sharp burn. Appearance. Deep yellow to gold in color (approx 6 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a long-lasting, creamy, rocky white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.
