While rooted in the strength of a strong ale, it maintains a clean, supportive malt backbone that allows the 2025 crop of southern hemisphere hops to shine. Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (7-9 SRM). Persistent, fluffy white head with significant lacing. Characteristic moderate to heavy haze typical of modern interpretations.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet. Dominant notes of passionfruit, ripe peach, and pineapple from Galaxy and Vic Secret, layered with mandarin orange zest from Eclipse and Citra. Background of neutral, crackery malt and low floral esters.

Taste. Initial burst of tropical fruit and citrus oil. Citra provides grapefruit and lime, while Eclipse adds a distinct sweet orange character.
