Como todas las buenas historias, la nuestra empieza con un sueño…Lo que iba a ser nuestro paseo vespertino por la playa, se convirtió en el inicio de esta historia. La idea llevaba ya un tiempo rondando por nuestras cabezas, pero fue durante ese paseo cuando todo empezó a materializarse.
Con la ilusión de un nuevo proyecto, ese mismo verano empezamos a dedicarnos a la elaboración de cerveza casera, experimentando con las recetas tradicionales, utilizando los mejores ingredientes y aportando nuestro toque personal, aunque siempre fieles al legado.
Ahora creemos que es el momento de dar el siguiente paso y dar a conocer nuestras cervezas al público. Queremos ofrecer a nuestros consumidores un producto local, de calidad y elaborado según la forma tradicional. En definitiva, apostamos por ofrecer una alternativa al consumo de cerveza y contribuir a la promoción de la cultura de la cerveza artesana en este país.

En Birreina Galaica S.L somos fieles a los procesos tradicionales y artesanales de elaboración cervecera, adaptándonos a las innovaciones tecnológicas que nos permiten conseguir un elevado nivel de calidad en nuestro producto.
Seleccionamos materia prima de primera calidad y controlamos los procesos para cumplir con las exigencias sanitarias de calidad alimentaria.
También nos gustaría aportar nuestro granito de arena en el cuidado de nuestro planeta, racionalizamos el consumo de agua, no utilizamos ni vertemos productos químicos contaminantes y reciclamos los residuos orgánicos que generamos.
Somos conscientes de que aún podemos mejorar mucho en nuestro compromiso con el medio ambiente, por eso seguiremos trabajando e innovando para conseguir reducir nuestro impacto ambiental. Además, con el tiempo, queremos producir una cerveza a base de materias primas 100% ecológicas, e iremos incorporando materia prima de origen ecológico también en las demás cervezas.
Apostamos por ser una empresa vinculada a nuestro entorno, nos gusta ser claros y transparentes en toda nuestra esencia y hacemos un producto que tiene unos valores que nos identifican.
