This Double New England IPA is a vibrant collaboration showcasing an intense, saturated hop profile. The use of Mosaic in T90, Cryo, and Hyperboost formats delivers a massive wave of blueberry, tropical mango, and resinous pine. Complementing this, Riwaka infused via SubZero Hop Kief contributes pungent passion fruit and sharp pink grapefruit notes. The sensory experience is defined by a dense, juice-like opacity and a velvety mouthfeel. Despite its 8% strength, the alcohol is hidden behind a wall of hop oils and a soft, grainy malt backbone, finishing with a restrained bitterness and a lingering, exotic fruit punch character.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange (4-6 SRM). Opaque, milky haze with a large, creamy, persistent white head and heavy lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominated by pungent tropical fruit including passion fruit and mango, alongside zesty grapefruit and a distinct berry-like Mosaic character. Background notes of sweet, doughy malt and very light esters.

Taste. Initial burst of ripe tropical fruit, stone fruit, and zesty citrus. Hop flavors are prominent, showcasing blueberry and lime. Bitterness is moderate but smooth, lacking any harshness. Low, supportive bready malt character. Finish is medium-dry with a lingering, resinous, and fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate. Noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth. Very low astringency despite the heavy hopping.
