Fauve Circuits De Conscience
Imperial IPA 8 º
Circuits De Conscience is an intensely hoppy Double IPA that showcases a massive hop profile from a blend of Amarillo, Azacca, Centennial, Cryo Citra, Idaho 7, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, and Summit. The sensory experience is dominated by an explosion of tropical fruit like mango and pineapple, coupled with citrus notes of grapefruit and lime, alongside distinct white grape and resinous pine. A clean, neutral malt base provides a light, grainy foundation that stays out of the way of the hop intensity. Despite its strength, it maintains a dry finish and high drinkability, delivering a punchy, firm bitterness that balances the lush fruitiness without becoming heavy.
Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (7-9 SRM) with a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head and excellent lacing. Generally clear, though a light hop haze is present due to extensive dry-hopping.
Aroma. Intense hop aroma featuring a complex bouquet of crushed white grapes, blueberry, and tangerine. Secondary notes of pine resin and tropical stone fruit are prominent. Malt character is very low and neutral-grainy, supporting a clean fermentation profile with a subtle, smooth alcohol presence.
Taste. High hop flavor mirroring the aroma with layers of grapefruit, resin, and passion fruit. The initial impression is punchy and bitter, though never harsh. Malt flavor is low, providing a soft, bready backdrop. Bitterness is firm and assertive, leading into a dry, crisp finish with a lingering aftertaste of citrus zest and pine.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a crisp bite. Noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth is present without any harsh hop-derived astringency.

On était 8 le jour du brassage et chacun a choisi son houblon dans la chambre froide. Une DIPA DDH super intense, aux arômes rappelant une grande variété de fruits : on y trouve de la passion, de la mangue, de la pêche, des fruits rouges, une touche de résine en finale, bref… à goûter absolument !
