Appearance. Pale yellow to light gold (3-4 SRM). Brilliantly clear with a dense, billowy white head that exhibits excellent retention and fine, persistent lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. A sophisticated blend of spicy Belgian yeast showing black pepper and clove alongside fruity esters of pear and apricot. The Sabro hops contribute unique hints of coconut and tangerine, while the Chardonnay barrel aging adds a distinct vinous character, soft oak, and a touch of vanilla over a low grainy-sweet malt background.
