A complex malt bill featuring Maris Otter, Golden Promise, and oats provides a sturdy, silky foundation that carries intense notes of ripe peach and bright citrus. Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (4-6 SRM). Pours with a thick, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing. Exhibits a characteristic haze from the heavy use of oats, wheat, and aggressive double dry-hopping.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma dominated by stone fruit and tropical character. Distinctive peach notes from the Simcoe and Citra combination are prominent, backed by layers of grapefruit zest and subtle pine resin.
