This Triple Dry Hopped American IPA showcases a vibrant pale golden hue with a characteristic haze from the inclusion of Flaked Oats and Flaked Wheat. The sensory profile is driven by an intense hop charge featuring Citra, Simcoe, and Willamette, which deliver a complex layer of tropical fruit, bright citrus, and distinct herbal undertones. Built upon a base of Low Colour Maris Otter, the malt provides a clean, grainy foundation that supports the heavy hopping without cloying sweetness. Despite the light bitterness, the 7.5% ABV lends a noticeable warmth that complements the velvety, smooth mouthfeel, resulting in a modern, hop-forward experience with a lingering fruity finish.
Appearance. Pale golden (6 SRM) with a notable turbidity and a dense, persistent white head that leaves moderate lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring tropical mango, grapefruit, and pine from Citra and Simcoe, complemented by a spicy, herbal quality from Willamette. Clean, low grainy-bready malt and a neutral fermentation profile.
