This Hazy IPA, a collaboration between Espiga and Antiga, presents a luminous and hazy appearance. The sensory profile is defined by a heavy double dry hopping of Citra, Idaho 7, Simcoe, and Elani, which radiates intense aromas of mango, pineapple, and guava. Built on a soft base of barley, wheat, and flaked oats, the palate transitions into flavors of Mediterranean peach and zesty lime. Despite its 6.5% ABV, the beer remains refreshing with a smooth, medium-full body and a clean, fruit-forward finish that avoids harsh bitterness, perfectly bridging the gap between a bright appetizer and a complex tropical experience.

Appearance. Straw to light amber (SRM 3-6) with a hazy, luminous opacity. Features a medium-high, rocky white head with excellent retention and meringue-like lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical fruit notes of mango, pineapple, and guava. Subtle citrus undertones of lime are supported by a low, bready, and grainy malt character from the wheat and oats. Fermentation is clean with supportive fruity esters.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with additions of Mediterranean peach and bright lime citrus. Malt flavor is low but provides a soft, grainy backbone. Bitterness is moderate and smooth, never sharp, leading to a medium-dry, fruit-forward finish with a lingering tropical aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, smooth texture derived from the flaked grains. Carbonation is moderate. Displays a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth with no hop-derived harshness or astringency.

En sabor, apreciem també aquestes fruites acompanyades de préssec mediterrani i pinzellades llima i cítrics que li donen un toc de frescor en boca.

Gaudeix d’aquesta cervesa a l’aperitiu o acompanyada d’un ceviche o d’una bona hamburguesa si ets amant carn!
