This decadent Imperial Stout presents a lush sensory journey inspired by a tiered dessert. Triple-layered coconut dominates the profile, offering an intense aroma of rich coconut custard and almond marzipan, while Madagascar vanilla and cacao nibs provide deep, resonating notes of fudge brownie. The palate is densely stacked with chocolate fudge and toasted sweetened coconut, balanced by a subtle nutty almond finish reminiscent of sweetened condensed milk. Its thick, pitch-black pour and creamy mocha head signal a massive presence. This beer harmonizes intense roast with a velvet-smooth sweetness, creating an opulent, cake-like experience that lingers luxuriously on the tongue.

Appearance. Pitch black (40 SRM) and completely opaque. It features a creamy, mocha-colored head with moderate retention. The high alcohol content and viscosity are evidenced by slow-moving legs on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity with a complex blend of fudge brownie and dark chocolate roast. Pronounced aromas of coconut custard and almond marzipan are at the forefront, supported by a sweet Madagascar vanilla character. A deep, bready malt backbone provides a solid foundation for the intense dessert-like adjuncts.

Taste. Initial flavors of rich chocolate fudge and toasted sweetened coconut dominate the palate. The mid-palette reveals layers of sweetened condensed milk and Madagascar vanilla, while the cacao nibs provide a bittersweet chocolate counterpoint to the sugary profile. It finishes with a distinct nutty almond character and a lingering, dessert-like sweetness that avoids being cloying despite its intensity.

Mouthfeel. Very full-bodied and chewy with an extra creamy, velvety texture that coats the palate. Carbonation is moderate-low, enhancing the thick, luscious mouthfeel. A smooth, well-integrated alcohol warmth is noticeable but not sharp or solventy.
