This modern take on a Saison marries a complex farmhouse base with a vibrant dry-hop addition of Strata. It opens with an expressive bouquet where traditional straw and lemongrass notes from the yeast are elevated by Strata-driven aromas of mango, grapefruit, and ripe melon. The palate is defined by elegant layers of nuanced citrus and bright berries, supported by a soft, grainy malt backbone. Exceptionally well-attenuated, it concludes with a crisp, dry, and tart finish. A balanced acidity weaves through the fruit-forward profile, creating a refreshing, effervescent experience that highlights contemporary hop innovation within a rustic, farmhouse framework.
Appearance. Golden yellow in color with a slight, natural haze consistent with its unfiltered farmhouse roots. It is topped by a tall, pillowy, and long-lasting white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High aromatic intensity. A sophisticated blend of spicy yeast esters and pungent hop character. Dominant notes of lemongrass and dried straw transition into a tropical and citrus medley of mango, grapefruit, and melon, with a distinct berry undertone. Low grainy malt sweetness is present in the background.
