This modern take on a Saison marries a complex farmhouse base with a vibrant dry-hop addition of Strata. It opens with an expressive bouquet where traditional straw and lemongrass notes from the yeast are elevated by Strata-driven aromas of mango, grapefruit, and ripe melon. The palate is defined by elegant layers of nuanced citrus and bright berries, supported by a soft, grainy malt backbone. Exceptionally well-attenuated, it concludes with a crisp, dry, and tart finish.
