La devoción por esta bebida nos hizo pensar en hacer cerveza y como cerveceros caseros nos iniciamos, realizamos un curso y tras muchas cervezas elaboradas y el apoyo de amigos cerveceros con criterio, nos lanzamos con la actividad en toda regla. Tomada esta decisión indagamos y recabamos información con la finalidad de instalar la maquinaria más idónea para nuestras necesidades.
Las instalaciones cuentan con 500 m², se encuentran en Puerto Lumbreras, en el Polígono Industrial El Descanso, en la C/ Alemania nº 17. La línea de proceso consta de: molienda, sala de materia prima, maceración, ebullición, fermentación, embotellado, maduración en frio y etiquetado.Además de ésta línea tenemos dos salas habilitadas para cursos de formación, catas, visitas, etc… de 15 m² y 45 m², desde las que se puede ver el proceso de elaboración.
Nuestra prioridad a parte de elaborar y vender cerveza es incentivar la cultura cervecera en todos los ámbitos. Para ello ofrecemos visitas guiadas a la fábrica, catas de cerveza, personalización de cervezas (restaurantes), personalización para celebraciones (bodas, comuniones…), stands en ferias…
Las cervezas del Cantero son cervezas de autor elaboradas de forma artesanal donde el cervecero crea recetas únicas aportando toda su pasión y conocimiento para conseguir un resultado particular, es un producto con características propias y diferenciadas del resto, debido a que se usan en su elaboración productos singulares e incluso autóctonos, que aportan aromas, sabores o cuerpo que hacen que estas cervezas sean típicas y diferenciales.
