Dutch Bargain Zuidwester is a vibrant and stormy Belgian Tripel that balances traditional monastic complexity with a modern hop profile. It pours a brilliant deep gold with an effervescent, rocky white head. The aroma is a seamless blend of peppery phenols and ripe esters, elevated by the distinctive citrus and floral notes of Amarillo hops. On the palate, a soft honey-like malt base supports waves of orange peel, clove, and a touch of tropical fruit.
