Inicialmente sacamos al mercado las cervezas de la serie "unchained", caracterizadas por ser algo especiales. Buscando aromas y sabores diferentes e impactantes, mediante el uso de ingredientes poco habituales tales como, el romero silvestre o el Karkadé egipcio. También dentro de esa serie, salieron al mercado cervezas fermentadas en barrica de vino, envejecidas con roble de barrica de whisky o incluso con cedro canadiense. Esta serie de cervezas daba rienda suelta a la inspiración y supusieron algo novedoso.
Durante casi 2 años se comercializan estas cervezas en tiendas especializadas, bares y se participa en varias ferias de cerveza artesana, llegando incluso a ganar el premio a la mejor cerveza del público en el Birruca Fest 2015 celebrada en la localidad cántabra de Solares con la cerveza Karkadé. Tras el cual decidimos dar un descanso a la serie y desarrollar nuevas ideas.
Así en Septiembre de 2015, Drunken Bros decide explotar su lado mas "clásico", un poco alejado de las estridencias iniciales, pero sin perder en ningún momento su sello personal. Intentando en todo momento sacar al mercado cervezas sinceras, con cuerpo, muy sabrosas e intensas y cuidando la calidad al milímetro. Ahí nace la "cover series", cervezas de inspiración y temática musical. Con cada cerveza se hace referencia a un grupo o solista. Un homenaje espumoso al mejor rock; Mudhoney (Oatmeal Brown Ale), inspirada en el grupo del mismo nombre originario de Seattle, Hendrix (Oatmeal Stout) inspirada en el gran Jimi Hendrix, Hop-Jam (American Ipa) con evidente referencia al grupo Pearl Jam, del que ambos somos reconocidos fans, J.Joplin (Belgian saison) nuestro tributo a la icónica cantante norteamericana, Guns&Hops (Double Ipa) una bomba de lúpulo homenajeando a la gran banda californiana, Hop-FX (Red IPA) recordando a HOP-FX y la gran Black Maiden (Imperial Mocha Stout) en referencia al grupo británico de heavy metal. Esta serie supusieron todo un éxito y un incremento enorme de producción lo que posibilitó la distribución a mayor escala por todo el territorio nacional y tambien incluso internacional.
Después nacieron las tribute ipas, en el que seguimos explorando la temática musical y en este caso con una IPA con diferentes lúpulos para en cada año rememorar efemérides musicales que marcaron la historia del rock. Resultando tambien un gran éxito de aceptación y ventas.
Aparte de nuestras propias ideas y recetas, no perdemos tampoco la oportunidad de juntarnos con otras marcas para realizar colaboraciones como Hop Hunters (American India Pale Lager) con Bidassoa, La Quince y Gross. También Hell to Glass (Imperial Chilli Stout) con La Calavera. Y Little Drunken Owl (Quadrupel) con Garagart y Little Bichos.
Además de todo ésto, también elaboramos alguna cerveza especial una vez al año, en este caso apoyandonos en el crowdfunding como la Black & Deep. Suponiendo todo un éxito y gran de participación año tras años por parte de mecenas de todos los sitios.
Y ya en el 2017 y aprovechando nuestro tercer aniversario como marca, nace la serie, bautizada como nightmare series y esta vez escapándonos un poco de la temática musical y adentrándonos en el cine de terror. Con esta idea aparece "trece" una Imperial Brown con frutos secos, B.witch una strong Ale y Ripley una Mugcake Imperial stout En este año también nos unimos al proyecto Basquery en Bilbao en el que esperamos crecer y seguir mucho tiempo.
Ya también a finales de 2017 se une a nosotros como nuevo drunken Iñigo Arenaza, con la que ya somos tres en la familia. En esta nueva etapa, nace la memorial series. Con la Cornell una neipa de gran aroma e intenso sabor a frutas tropicales. Esta nueva serie tendrá continuidad y seguirán la Buckey, una IPA y Bowie una Imperial stout.
