Thunders is an expressive Hazy IPA that celebrates a bold hop profile featuring Mosaic, Enigma, and Citra. It pours with a radiant, opaque straw-to-gold glow and a dense, meringue-like head. The aromatics are high-intensity, delivering a complex bouquet of blueberry and tropical mango from the Mosaic, accented by the unique red currant and white grape notes of Enigma. Citra adds a bright citrus backbone of lime and grapefruit zest. On the palate, the experience is soft and juicy, with a pillowy mouthfeel and restrained bitterness that allows the vibrant fruit character to linger into a clean, off-dry finish.

Appearance. SRM 4-6; straw to light gold with a deep, opaque haze and a luminous shine. Supports a thick, rocky, white head with excellent retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics of mango, blueberry, and tropical fruit from Mosaic, complemented by Citra's grapefruit and lime zest. Enigma contributes distinct notes of red currant and melon. Low grainy-bready malt remains in the background with a clean, neutral fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical fruit and mixed berries. Mosaic drives stone fruit and subtle pine, while Enigma provides nuances of white grape. Citra offers a sharp citrus edge. Bitterness is low-medium and smooth, never harsh or sharp. The finish is soft and fruit-forward with a lingering juiciness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture and moderate carbonation. Absence of astringency or raw starch, featuring a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
