This Wild Specialty Beer, a collaboration between Drekker and Ārpus Brewing Co., presents a kaleidoscopic sensory profile centered on a trio of red fruits. Dominant notes of tart raspberry and tayberry collide with the softer, sun-ripened sweetness of strawberry. The addition of marshmallow and vanilla creates a whimsical, confectionary layer reminiscent of cotton candy, smoothing out the vibrant acidity. Its profile is a deliberate tangled tornado of tart and sweet, where the lactic snap of the wild fermentation is rounded by a lush, creamy finish. It offers a complex, multi-dimensional fruit experience that stays true to its eccentric circus inspiration.

Appearance. Opaque, vibrant magenta to deep ruby-red hue (SRM 20+ from fruit). Thick, pink-tinted head with moderate retention and some spotting of lacing.

Aroma. High intensity; immediate aromatic burst of fresh raspberry and tayberry. Secondary notes of sweet strawberry jam, vanilla bean, and sugary marshmallow. Clean lactic acidity is present, with no significant funky esters.

Taste. Bold initial impression of tart red berries. High fruit concentration with distinct raspberry sharpness balanced by strawberry sweetness. The mid-palate introduces marshmallow and vanilla, lending a dessert-like complexity. Very low bitterness. The finish is a lingering mix of berry tartness and creamy sweetness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a lush, velvety texture. Moderate carbonation. Very low astringency despite the high fruit load. Minimal alcohol warmth.
