La palabra “en castellano de aquí” surge allá por el año 2010 queriendo dar a nuestras creaciones un nombre que se identificara con lo nuestro, con nuestra tierra “Asturias”. Años atrás, tras viajes por Europa, conocemos la verdadera cultura cervecera arrimados a una buena pinta en cualquier cervecería del viejo continente, y con la excusa de la cerveza como pasatiempo y aburridos del panorama cervecero industrial donde priman los sabores estándares, nos pusimos a elaborar nuestras propias cervezas en el garaje de nuestra casa, en el pueblo de Vega, en Sariego, municipio perteneciente a la comarca de la sidra.
Desde D’equí nuestra filosofía es clara y apostamos por la calidad frente a la cantidad, en un producto elaborado con entusiasmo, honradez y corazón durante todo su proceso, eligiendo para ello solo el uso de materias primas de primera calidad que seleccionamos con mimo. No filtramos ni pasteurizamos para que nuestras cervezas mantengan íntegramente sus olores, sabores y todas sus propiedades nutritivas, de ahí que nuestras cervezas tengan una fecha de consumo preferente mucho más corto que las industriales. Mediante el uso de depósitos isobáricos nuestras cervezas se carbonatan con el mismo CO2 generado durante la fermentación. Tampoco usamos adjuntos para abaratar costes como el maíz o el arroz, ni usamos conservantes, colorantes o aditivos añadidos.
Nuestras cervezas se caracterizan por ser frescas, contundentes, excelentes en sabores y olores, en pocas palabras, cervezas de verdad para gente normal. Intentamos explorar sabores y aromas que dan como resultado cervezas únicas, usando únicamente como ingredientes agua, malta, lúpulo, levadura o algún tipo de adjunto puro.
